Streamy is one more Web 2.0 application that's useful and you can't leave it if you're a social media guru.
The website gets together all your social networks and creates a column for each one. The best part is that the page is in AJAX which makes the content totally dynamic so, you can move, stretch, arrange... the columns to your taste. You can also add tons and tons of columns to, for example, track specific twitter keywords.
Basically is the "My Home" page of the Flock browser online.
Besides the social media stuff, you can also add news and RSS feeds and even import your feeds from Google Reader. If you click in the title of one of these, it will take you to a page that reveals more detail of the post or even ( if configured to ) the full post.
